CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:

The Parish Council is currently holding a mixture of face to face and virtual meetings, depending on the space available to it at the Village Hall.  Virtual Advisory Groups will continue to meet and provide recommendations to the Clerk to take decisions on the Council’s behalf in accordance with a scheme of delegation adopted on 4th May 2021.  Our preferred method for meetings will be Zoom.  Details of the meeting id will be included in the agenda for each meeting.  Members of the public wishing to observe the meeting or participate in any Public Session should contact the Clerk by email in advance of the meeting clerk@paghamparishcouncil.gov.uk
Where face to face meetings are held, attendance will be subject to compliance with the measures set out in the Council’s risk assessment.  The number of members of the public who may attend may be limited.  Please contact the Clerk should you wish to attend.
